PLEASE NOTE YOUR PURCHASE(S) ON E MART ONLINESTORE WEBSITE AT WWW.SHOPATEMART.COM IS GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY* (IN ADDITION TO OTHER RELEVANT TERMS AND CONDTIONS, POLICIES, NOTICES WHICH MAY APPLY AND ARE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PURCHASE(S) ON THIS WEBSITE) AND THAT BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE YOU ( AS BUYER) AGREE AND ABIDE WITH THEM ACCORDINGLY.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship mainly to mainland
USA & Canada and select international destinations (international customers are requested to contact for shipping eligibility & shipping costs details BEFORE placing their order). 

USA Shipments are processed and shipped from one of our multiple warehouse locations in USA located in Tualatin, OR, Minden, NV,  Hawthorne, CA 

Shipping & Return Policy (Detail): 

Returns and Refunds 

  • All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 48 hours of package delivery.
  • No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective.
  • Please contact E MART for specific details and instructions BEFORE initiating ANY return of your purchase(s).
  • Obtain RMA# from us BEFORE making any returns.
  • Products under 'Not Returnable' status are to be returned directly to the product manufacturer ONLY for any product issues with respect to  defects, or replacement. NO payment refunds are provided for such products. 

Out of Policy Returns 

  • Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or $25, whichever is greater.
  • Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer collect and result in a $50 charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, shipper will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued. 

Valuation of Returns 

Lesser of purchase price or current price at time product is received. 

Change Orders 

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please contact us with your Order ID or customer number to request a change to your order. 

Cancel Orders 

You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us with your Order ID or customer number to request a change to your order. 

Damaged Shipments 

In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. Notify E MART within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honoured when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or shortage must be reported to E MART within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date may not be honoured. Customer should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested. 

  • Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.
  • Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement
  • Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. 

Refused Delivery 

A $50 charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a shipper error or damaged shipment. 

Shipping Details 

  • E MART ships mainly to mainland USA & Canada and select international destinations (international customers requested to contact for shipping eligibility & shipping costs details). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • E MART does not ship to P.O. Box or RR addresses, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Normal order processing time is 1-2 business days (subject to stock on hand).
  • NO order processing or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
  • Your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. E MART may cancel any order that does not comply with this notice.
  • All orders will be shipped by UPS/Purolator/FedEx/USPS Standard Ground Shipping unless buyer wishes to opt for Express Delivery. Shipping costs may vary in such cases. Please contact us before placing your order and we will get back to you. E MART reserves the right to use any standard shipping service(s) other than the shipping services mentioned above.
  • Transit time may take between 2-7 business days depending on location depending on the shipping method selected. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipment is processed and made only after full payment is successfully received subject to availability of stock.
  • E MART is not responsible for any shipping delays that is out of our control nor can give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.
  • Shipment(s) for purchase(s) made with personal/echecks, bank transfers, etc. will be made only after payment is cleared. Payment processing times may vary between 1-7 business days or more depending upon the bank.
  • Order(s) are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (pre -release processing time). If there is a significant delay in shipping your order we will contact you.
  • E MART reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors. If you require assistance or have any questions, please contact us.
