You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. Notify E MART within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honored when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or shortage must be reported to E MART within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date may not be honored. Customer should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested.
A $50 charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a shipper error or damaged shipment.
