Russound's popular Outback Rock Speakers have a new family member...the 5R8 Rock Subwoofers. Housed in the same rugged, all-weather multilayered fiberglass housing as their stereo rock speaker cousins, the front-firing 5R8SUB lineup is designed to easily add more bass to your outdoor sound system. Getting good bass response in an outdoor setting is more difficult to achieve in an open environment and these 8" dedicated subwoofers are designed to provide the extra low-end response you've been looking for. With an out-of-the-box low end of 50Hz, the 5R8SUB line can go down to an impressive 40Hz when using our recommended DSP settings below to maximize the efficiency of the output. Or feel free to tailor these to your own sound preferences using any DSP pre-amp of your choosing. Our recommended DSP settings are available below in the DSP tab. Russound’s OutBack Rock Subwoofers are perfect for patios, pools, porches, decks, and backyards. Relax in a lawn chair or tend your garden while enjoying your favorite tunes in the fresh air.

Returns and Refunds

• Unless otherwise specified, seller will accept returns within 30 days of the date of receiving item(s).
• Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. 
• All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed to the seller within 48 hours of package delivery.
• Please contact seller for specific details and instructions BEFORE initiating ANY return of your purchase(s).
• Obtain RMA# from seller BEFORE making any returns.

Out of Policy Returns 

• Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or $25, whichever is greater.
• Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer collect and result in a $50 charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, shipper will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued. 

 

Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.

 

Cancel Orders 

You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact seller with your Order ID or customer number to request a change to your order. 

 

Damaged Shipments 

In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. Notify seller within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honored when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or shortage must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date (sell date) may NOT  be honored. Customer should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested. 

 

Refused Delivery 

A $50 charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a shipper error or damaged shipment or per seller sale terms and conditions.

  This Seller offers FREE domestic Standard Ground shipping anywhere within mainland USA only. INTERNATIONAL Shipping is offered via eBay Global Shipping program.
  Seller does not ship to P.O. Box, Military, APO, or RR addresses.
  Normal order processing time is up to 2 business days (subject to stock on hand).
  NO order processing or deliveries on weekends or holidays.
  Your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. Seller may cancel any order that does not comply with this notice.
  Orders are shipped by UPS/FedEx Standard Ground Shipping unless buyer wishes to opt for Express Delivery. Shipping costs may vary in such cases.   Transit time may take between 2-7 business days depending on location and depending on the shipping method selected. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
