The Proficient Protege outdoor landscape series is a high performance speaker system that over delivers on value and price. Each Protege outdoor speaker system comes with either an 8 in. burial subwoofer or an all new above ground hardscape subwoofer and comes matched with four 4 in. Protege Satellite speakers for an exceptional sound experience. Unlike high performance landscape systems that require expensive high-power amplifiers, the Protege Landscape Series is designed to be used with lower powered distributed audio amplifiers or extended audio zones (like Zone 2) from conventional AVRs. When using 4 ohm stable amplifier or AVR, each 4.1 system can be expanded up to an 8.2 system.

Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise specified, seller will accept returns within 30 days of the date of receiving item(s).

Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed to the seller within 48 hours of package delivery.

Out of Policy Returns

Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or $25, whichever is greater.

Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer collect and result in a $50 charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, shipper will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued.
Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.
Cancel Orders
You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact seller with your Order ID or customer number to request a change to your order.
Damaged Shipments
In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. Notify seller within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honored when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or shortage must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date (sell date) may NOT be honored. Customer should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested.
Refused Delivery
A $50 charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a shipper error or damaged shipment or per seller sale terms and conditions.
